My working method is based on scientific evidence, framed within the cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy model, and stems from a contextual perspective. This model seeks to explain human behavior based on its function within the specific context of the individual, studying the dynamic interaction between the person and their environment rather than isolated behaviors.

I view psychotherapy as a learning process where my role is to accompany and assist you in achieving your goals, using the knowledge and methods of modern psychology. Psychotherapy is not a passive treatment but requires your personal commitment and active participation.

The ultimate goal of psychotherapy is for you to acquire the tools needed to better know and understand yourself, gain perspective, and commit to personal change to navigate your daily life with less suffering and greater fulfillment.

To achieve this, I will design a tailored treatment for your specific needs, and we will work together to reach your goals.

In-person or remote psychotherapy in various languages.

I offer in-person psychotherapy at my office in Barcelona. However, if you prefer remote sessions, that is also an option. We can conduct the entire process online or combine in-person and remote sessions as it suits you best. In most cases, there is no difference in effectiveness between in-person and remote psychotherapy. Therefore, it primarily comes down to personal preference. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact me, and I will help resolve them.

Additionally, I can assist you in Spanish, Catalan, German, or English, either in person or remotely from anywhere in the world.
